Hyper Japan 22nd – 24th July

What do you know about Japan? Many people do not know much about his Far Eastern country at all. However, Hyper Japan will this weekend make people aware of the gems, customs and traditions of this country.
This event will take place at Olympia two this weekend. Starting on Friday and finishing on Sunday, this will give you a great opportunity to find out more about culture, customs, language, travel, anime and Japanese food. It covers everything from food to fashion to film and all this will tell you what is hot in Japan! In other words, you will not only find out more about Japanese culture, but you will also witness what is currently on in Japan!
Hyper Japan will also feature the Eat-Japan Sushi Awards 2011: UK Sushi Roll Championship. This means that five of the UK’s more talented sushi chefs will compete and one of them is going to win the public vote with a unique sushi roll creation. Some other events worth checking out at the event will be UK Cosplay Award, ITK Robot Show, Japanese Pop Star Kanon Wakeshima, Nintendo Unleashed, Japan Media Arts Festival, Japanese street fashion brands and UK Kawaii Star of the Year. Opening times will be Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 10am-6pm. This is your chance to find out more about this unique Far Eastern country!
